USAsuppli – Digital Delivery Policy

USAsuppli (“Company,” “we,” “us”) is a digital-only educational business. We do not manufacture, stock, or ship any physical goods. All offerings—vendor lists, Discord access, mentorship programs, and other educational content—are delivered electronically and comply with Shopify’s Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.

Products we deliver

  • Guides, tutorials, and webinars (instant download or portal streaming)

Delivery channels

  1. Email – We send download links or access instructions to the email you used at checkout.

  2. Account unlock – Log in at USAsuppli the content appears in your dashboard within minutes of payment.

  3. Third-party platforms – For services on Discord, Zoom, etc., you’ll receive a unique invite or meeting link.

  4. Direct download – A link shows on the confirmation page and in your receipt email immediately after payment clears.

 

 

3. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

  • Instant-access downloads & Discord invites: available within 15 minutes of successful payment.

  • Account-based unlocks: content added to your dashboard within the same 15-minute window.

  • Scheduled mentorship or coaching sessions: confirmed by email within 24 hours; sessions run at the agreed date and time.

  • Custom or personalized digital work: delivered within 3–5 business days unless a different timeframe is stated at checkout.

If we anticipate a delay (for example, payment review, platform outage, or exceptionally high order volume), we’ll notify you by email with an updated ETA.

 

 

4. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

To access our digital products you’ll need:

  • A stable internet connection and modern web browser

Common hiccups include wrong email addresses, spam-folder filtering, payment declines, or platform-account issues.

If you can’t access your purchase:
